Welcome to your spacious holiday home in North Norfolk and The Broads
We have been welcoming guests since 2020 and understand what it takes to make visitors feel at home. Our traditionally designed Norfolk barn has great facilities, is minutes from the coast, The Broads and half an hour from Norwich, which makes it the perfect choice for those looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The barn is well equipped, with comfortable beds, plenty of seating and includes all the amenities necessary for a family, holiday, walking party, or group of friends to be able to relax and enjoy the beautiful Norfolk countryside. Adjacent but detached from the host's property, there is also a garden area, with seating, playing space for children and shady spots for the hot summer days.
Whether you are visiting Norfolk to enjoy the nature, the gastronomy of its many award winning pubs, summers on the beach, but equally stunning spring, autumn and winters, your hosts will do everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Where are we?
Located between Happisburgh and Aylsham, a few minutes drive to the coast and amongst scenic and peaceful countryside, Briggate is easily reached from the north via the A47, and from the south/east from the A11 and the Norwich northern distributor road (A1270).
Our closest railway station is only 5 minutes away, with regular trains to Norwich connecting to the Greater Anglia Network (London Paddington/Birmingham/Stansted).

We stayed over the Christmas break and had the best time. Beautiful accommodation with everything you could wish for. Lovely dog walks, cosy fire, games to play, homely touches. Spotless and top levels of comfort.

We love living in glorious North Norfolk where we enjoy time with our dogs walking the beaches, woods and exploring the Norfolk Broads. I work in travel and tourism and Robert in events. We both enjoy hosting guests from around the world and showing them the best Norfolk has to offer.
